U14 footballers can wrap up Div 2 league title   17/07/2013

Tir na nOg 4-4

Aghagallon 2-3

Tir na nog 5-10

Rasharkin 2-5

This Friday night 19th July the unbeatan footballers of Tir na nOg travel to aghagallon to compete in South West league Division 2 and then onto rasharkin on Sunday 21st july at 12.45pm

Three games remain in the league before championship and the league leaders have been in fine form since there opening day draw against local rivals St Comgalls. They have went on a winning run of 8 games and if that winning running continues on Friday night it will almost certainly cement top spot with two games too go and set the squad up nicely for a good run in the championship.

Aghagallon in the home game proved a tough nut to crack- 5 points down at half time the Tir na nOg lads had to really put in a professional second half performance- and they done just that, coming away with a winning margin of 7 points.

With the summer holidays upon us and a few regulars missing the lads will have it all to do again on Friday night- but you would be a brave man to bet against these up and coming Ogs!

All support is welcome on Friday night- sure to be an entertaining game of football.Throw in at 7.30pm with U12 Go Games beforehand at 6.45.
